We celebrate with family on Christmas Eve. The menu consisted of: 1st courseā¦seared scallops, butter poached lobster, hot crab dip: 2nd courseā¦free range Gordon Ramsay Christmas turkey (Google it), homemade gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese,
Christmas Day is spent with my wife and kids. The menu consisted of a Wagyu rib roast and homemade scalloped potatoes.
A great time with family, a lot of music, fun and cheer.

Christmas Eve was at my Sister-in-Law's and was catered Italian food for the most part. Good stuff. I made some cupcakes and cookies for the kids.
Christmas Day at home we did a Roasted prime tenderloin of beef, butter poached lobster tails, roasted brussels sprouts with some bacon and hot honey, and home-made au gratin potatoes a la Galatoire's in New Orleans.
