Seems about a 50/50 split between those who believe Oswald acted alone and those who don't.
A softball teammate of mine who was a schoolteacher and taught about the assassination was convinced Oswald either did not act alone or wasn't even involved, but he wanted to be sure of what he was teaching. So, one summer (30+ years ago) he took the time to visit the site, interview police and witnesses there that day, read the Warren Commission report twice - along with any material he could find contradicting it - and changed his mind, conclusion Oswald acted alone.
One night after a game he discussed his research with us. I don't remember all the details but he had an answer to everything as I recall. I also understand there is further evidence to support JFK was shot from behind as Larry Sturdivant's book outlines along with the link I found.
To close, one problem I have with conspiracy theories in general is they require too many players at too-high an agreement percentage to completely throw all morals out the window (e.g., moon landing "hoax"), not to mention no one comes forward years later when the coast is clear with the irrefutable proof they undoubtedly would have to cash in and become a historical figure.

Basic point: people who don’t feel like they have control over their lives tend to believe in conspiracy theories. It has nothing to do with intelligence.
So, for instance, people of the Middle East feel like outsiders control their lives - and the Middle East is the most conspiracy-theory-friendly place in the world.
And MAGA people are very susceptible too, since many feel that they have lost control over their lives.

“MAGA people”? All the while you believe all the shit the shit your news sources throw at you and run here to post it.
Next time, just leave it with a book recommendation. It will be a step in the right direction.
believe conspiracy theories. I am not convinced on JFK soley because I have not researched but looked at pictures that are really not proof, or I listen to commentary that is just made up of theories. A very sad day for me in 8th grade at the time, so many junior high girls crying and I was so proud we had a Roman Catholic President at the time. My knowledge and base of values were still so young. I worshipped the guy and when I think of what Democrats like him were then and what they are now, I just about cry for our country. My senior year of high school was still so innocent at the time and then MLK and RFK happened and all innocence was lost.
