Cited the Holy Family. You could hear the heart palpitations from all the Dem Catholics in attendance. Even at that, the good priest was careful with his words.

A quick perusal of studies showed that roughly 75% of professional women (Docs, Attys, CXOs) had

children...and their time management skills prioritized family time...plus their success served as a motivator for the kids.

Bottom Line...Women represent a long un-tapped source of outstanding Human Capital in the workforce, and it's self defeating for society (including Religions) to not take advantage of that significant resource. Back 2,000 years in a mostly agrarian environment, more limited gender roles made sense...not true today...and that should be reflected in Catholic Mass homilies...as the 'chuckle' at our Mass underscored...

Note: This response was meant for Curly...but ELP will do...

and as construction workers, ditch diggers, etc.

If there isn't a huge push for equality there, then maybe Tyronacrats can force women into those jobs with some kind of national program (that inevitably funnels cash into Dem donor pockets).

....check out the linked article from a Female Owned Construction Company...here's an excerpt...Hold On To Your Hard Hat!
------------------
According to the most recent data in 2024, women make up approximately 10.9% of the construction workforce in the United States, translating to over 1.28 million women working in the industry. This percentage has seen a gradual increase from previous years, reflecting a growing presence of women in this traditionally male-dominated field¹.
