So as far as France goes - It appears this might be a well-deserved punishment for those involved but it appears to be a light sentencing

Hillary Clinton didn't sue on the false claims about killing babies - Tulsi G discontinued her suit
of $50 million against Clinton after Clinton claimed Tulsi was being propped up by Russian interests.
I don't know what stopped Hillary from suing FOX TV and other news outlets for promoting this slander and libel
for printing the same - I assume it would just mushroom the stupidity and she just didn't want that battle.
As for Tulsi, it appears she didn't want people probing her history with Russian meetings she was involved in.
As for djt, he will sue anybody and everybody for anything at any time. So, he could sue me, but he'd have to
prove he wasn't and isn't a grifter, a liar, an insurrectionist, a thief of classified documents and that he wasn't
indicted and convicted on 34 counts of felony fraud. A judge would throw out is suit as frivolous.
