...the video can't be avoided...the 37 yr old U.S. citizen was driving AWAY from the ICE officers...i.e. no threat to them at all, and the officer shot her multiple times in the head while he was standing right next to her by the driver's door...he was in NO DANGER and had no cause to use deadly force for his or anyone else's safety.

Bullet was not through the side.
And as Connor states below, this will end up in Federal court.
A wrongful death civil suit maybe, but nothing criminal.
This looks like a homicide. A criminal act worthy of prosecution.
It won’t be only because the case can be removed to federal court where I have no faith in Trump DOJ objectively reviewing the actions of the iCE agents.

He is supposed to be a highly-trained law-enforcement officer.
He did not need to kill her.

Killing. Unjustifiable use of force. Criminal negligence.

It will be interesting whether the Feds will share their information: training records, employment records, radio communications, post shooting interviews, etc.
My bet is no.
Obvious pardon implications.
I think it is significant that these guys know Trump will pardon them for whatever they do. So, shoot first.
Because the accused is a federal officer (as opposed to a Minneapolis cop), the US Department of Justice could invoke the Supremacy Clause and in effect, snatch the state case and remove to federal court.
Normally, they wouldn’t. The Feds would let the state sovereign prosecute the homicide, and the Feds would bring a separate prosecution.
However, Trump’s DOJ would likely snatch the state case away from Minnesota and then bury it.
Edit: The defendant himself has standing to remove state criminal case to federal court.
