The deep blue police chief who won't lift a finger to control riots against Americans would not even admit the truth that these were members of the violent Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang. When he is confronted with overwhelming evidence that he cannot further hide, he cries and apologizes to them for "the historic injustice of victim-blaming.
