In the minds of Dems here and elsewhere, the arrested development state representative comes off well. To all normal people, she appears to be a 12 year-old. This is a real problem for Democrats. They're running out of Boomers. They're left with overgrown children. Normal people find them obnoxious and off-putting.

The Officer was wrong...(see linked article)...even Undocumented Immigrants must have Due Process
before being deported...Trump and his DHS haven't honored that Constitutional requirement. The Representative/Attorney was correct...the vast majority (70+%...see data below)) of detained immigrants have no criminal record, and even among those that do, many of them have only traffic violations, or have been labeled as criminals before any Due Process trial has been held. If she were to have him in a court room, his smugness front of a jury...and her evidence...would definitely work against him.

She is smarter, but I can't tell who I'd less want to be on a date with. That's another problem for
Dems, the fact that their base demographic of single women, is so obnoxious and unattractive, that not replacing these generations of obnoxious female Dems with new generations is an almost certainty. As you can see, American men are less and less interested in spending time with them. This is why stemming immigration is an "existential threat" to them. If they can't admit millions of immigrants, they have bupkis.
Perhaps they hope that the illegal immigrants are a chance for a date? Someone who hasn't tired of
them yet, or someone who HAS to endure them to stay. You may be on to something here.
