The amount of settlement paid pales in proportion to its income.
And you have no idea how much if any was paid by insurers.
It's not so much the amount paid...albeit, the amount involved was very large...it's the fact that
FOX, at its highest levels of management and on-air talent, knowingly lied to its audience...repeatedly...and for the sole purpose of maintaining their income from a trusting and non-discerning audience. Stochastically, it helped Trump to recruit rioters for his attempted overthrow of the free and fair 2020 election.
