Agree 100%. People will argue due process but that can happen in their country of origin.

So long as those Un-Documented Immigrants are afforded full "Due Process"...(see "How Our
Immigration System Works" link attached)...no problem. Too bad that Donald Trump hasn't done anything to advance the 2024 Bipartisan Border Security and Immigration Senate Bill that addressed all outstanding issues/problems...thus eliminating the need for your post.
