Concentrate of the rest of the country, which actually welcomes deportation of illegals, especially criminals.
Let the illegals flock to and crowd into the venues that "appreciate" them.
One of two things will happen:
a) the local residents will tire of the burden of tolerating and paying for them
b) the local residents will begion leaving these locales for illegal free ones.

Among the venues that welcomed Undocumented Immigrants were Trump's resorts...
Note that Trump still hasn't called on Congress to pass legislation that funds the processes that can 'Document' all the law abiding, and hard working immigrants currently in the country...not to mention the installation of High Volume Fentanyl Scanners at border checkpoints.
Since DJT called for just such action in 2019, why didn't he do it a year ago...on Day 1...instead of all this nonsense?

Leaving illegal criminals alone does not only affect that particular state, but everywhere that the illegal travels, across state lines, even into non sanctuary states, can be a problem. These are not altar boys ICE is arresting. Most already have court order detainers on them. The simplest answer is for these sanctuary governors, judges, and mayors to stop acting like dickheads and cooperate with the Feds. ICE comes in, makes a quick clean sweep and they are out. But, the Democrats need this as a fundraiser and talking point. I have zero faith in Minnesota voters to do the right thing. They all voted for these infantile idiots to begin with.
