Got together with 2 buddies for a couple of fine whiskies and a cigar down at a quiet local pub…

Smoked a Fuente Don Carlos 90th Aniversary.
Had some Colonel E H Taylor. Which is hard to come by in these parts.

Did not watch FOX News on the Minny fiasco.
Watched the Weather Channel on the particulars for our area.
Some great songs on the jukebox.

Just hunkering down before Fern rampages through the area.
Great to be alive so far.

That's awesome. Yes, the news is getting scary. The mutiny growing but it will be stopped.

These aren’t bad shootings in good faith. These are government sponsored killings of US citizens.

MINNEAPOLIS — Alex Pretti, the man fatally shot by federal agents Saturday, was a local intensive care nurse dedicated to caring for veterans, according to his family, friends and co-workers.
“Alex was a kindhearted soul who cared deeply for his family and friends and also the American veterans whom he cared for as an ICU nurse at the Minneapolis VA hospital,” Pretti’s family said in a statement shared with The Washington Post. “Alex wanted to make a difference in this world.”

…. came home … prepared gear for 6:00 AM shoveling … watched new episode of Tehran with wife … with baguette and olive oil … no wine (dry January) … and will watch season opening episode of Drops of God with dinner. We eat late … like Europeans.

I haven't tried it yet.

Kind of reminds me of when Rocket Ismail played for Notre Dame
