The communists have traditionally been so much better at fomenting disorder, while democracies have been notably poor at defeating them.
Now Trump is tweeting about positive conversations with Frey and Waltz. Lovely. I wouldn't be shocked to see Frey's name on the list of one of those Signal groups. If Trump retreats, we will see the infrastructure grow and expand throughout the country. Oh, and Trump's endorsed candidates will do worse next year, not better.

No one will pay attention to his words from either side unfortunately.
Trump has been getting questionable advice from folks on the inside worried about those damn midterms. El Rushbo always said that the only thing that can destroy Trump is Trump himself. Capitulate on this matter and MAGA will turn their backs on him and many Rs around DC will be charmed by that thought.
