Hard to compare Dems vs Reps management of major U.S. cities, as there are only 2 Rep Mayors
among the top 20 U.S. population centers, and #9 (Dallas) is the top one with a Rep. mayor...but even Dallas has its share of problems...especially wrt Property Taxes.
The big problems involve the effects of extreme Wealth Gaps...High Concentrations of Capital along with hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of low wage workers in a very expensive locality needing assistance. Still waiting for anyone with a proven track record of absolute success in such environments...wishing Mayor Mamdani success dealing with such enormous challenges.
