ICE followed the law. Its officers were not given a green light to kick as much ass as necessary.
I seed the major problem as being intimadation by the protestors rather than demonstration.

Because ICE is terrorizing the local communities with unlawful tactics that police departments want
no part of. Once the Trump version of ICE is gone, the local PDs will have to rebuild trust amongst the many, many law abiding locals.
Take MS-13 for example...their 'prey' are law abiding immigrants...and if the PDs help ICE, then MS-13 gang bangers tell them if they go to the Police, they'll only end up getting deported...i.e. no hope for them.

unsanctioned personal decision...which a significant number choose to do...and could explain Alex Pretti's decision.
