Clearly that was not so much a protest as a trespass by assholes. But was Lemon a leader? Or is he just being targeted because he’s prominent?
People probably should be charged for that. But this might be just another way to intimidate the press - and their “enemies.”
He lied about it once he learned that it was illegal, but this goes nowhere, IMO
And nor should it, it's first amendment. He would do well for himself to just admit he didn't know it was illegal.

From the things I’ve seen both prior to, during, and following the crashing of the church service, he was more than just a reporter, but seen what happens in court.
