"For Profit" detention centers need a long term, taxpayer assured income stream...so, given that the
crime rate of undocumented immigrants is lower than that of the citizenry, ICE needs to round up as many non-white, and hispanic accented people as possible.
This is not America...or the Republican Party (witness Ronald Reagan's final speech as President).
