If a kidnapping, she’s a shitty target.
If a kidnapping, there would be a ransom presented by now.
Perhaps a botched kidnapping? If so, she’s dead.
My sense is that the kidnapping is staged as a pathetic cover up for a murder, perpetrated by someone close to Nancy.
Except for professionals, perpetrators always make mistakes. The mistake(s) will surface sooner than later.

Less of a chance she’s alive. Prayers for her.
A few, actually. Most were apparently fake.
Just horrible.
Anybody care? No TV cameras. No TMZ. No calls from the president. No full court press from the FBI. No 24/7 coverage. There are others. All tragic. All concerning. Only one has caught the attention of the nation. NPR report on Miss Laurie?

You live in a weird, non-nuanced, black-and-white world. There is no middle ground; only extreme bizarre viewpoints. If a normal, middle-of-the-road viewpoint is stated, you force it to an extreme.
To merely point out that the national media is obsessed with something less important than most issues of great national importance is, in your eyes, the same as "screw that old lady." Very weird. It's like you take this personally or something, and can't help but give an emotional, non-intellectual reaction. You don't even see the point being made.
