Prices are sticky. As food price inflation goes, that’s pretty good. Other stuff is the issue

Beef prices are up due to DJT's tariffs...Egg prices are down due to Bird Flu abating; nothing to do

with any action on Trump's part...the rest are "sticky"...just like what happened to Biden after he got total inflation lower than any other developed country after COVID and the initial shock of Putin's attack on Ukraine...which, btw, counter to Trump's promise on a 1-day resolution, is still on-going.

In short, Trump hasn't done a thing to reduce prices...anywhere. Folks in his income circle don't need to worry about such things...they're focused on the next big Grift that ends up shortchanging the very people who support him.

You are full of it. Grocery prices correlate with gas prices, which are way down under Trump.

Read the link, Lance ;-)...NIQ Global (i.e. Nielsen) has been monitoring consumer prices for years..

On my face.
Right now, because I watch where to go due to specials/adds I'm pretty much ok with grocery prices.
Of course there are items that are ridiculous, peanut butter is just stupid but a week or so ago I got a huge jar of chunky jif for like half off, ya just gotta shop.

You can get Hellman’s for $ 3.50 on Amazon…if your local market is really charging $12.

Like you say, you have to shop. Meat is expensive.

I saw something that a lot of mid level restaurants are struggling. Fast food and high end are doing ok. Makes sense. People are eating at home more.
