The Dems can still control the masses through clever multi-media identity group campaigning... but maybe not a jury which has to consider real facts.

This mirrors the lawsuits by the victims of transgender genital mutilation.

Somehow, California finds a way to 'donate' on the order of $83B to all the 'Net Taker'

states in the Union each year...many of them with non-liberal governance. Are all these outbursts of yours about CA just expressions of jealousy?

As for the Palisades Fire, the exceedingly strong Santa Ana winds fanned the Lachman Fire embers more than anyone could have imagined, thus starting the Palisades, Eaton, etc. conflagrations. With aircraft grounded, there was no way local FDs could deal with one of the worst Wildfires this country has seen.

Good news! California will be "donating" less and less nationally...

The only roads I can think of that are decent/nice is from Temecula on the 15 down to the 8 is a nice stretch.
10 freeway from Coachella to Arizona not bad.
Streets of San Francisco blow.

soup kitchens for the homeless? Free healthcare for immigrants or crumbling infrastructure? A bloated administrative state or less regulations?

I lived in California long enough to both feel sorry and ashamed for the people there. Most vote with no thought to long-term repercussions. If it feels right, they vote for it. Rent control, fossil fuel restrictions, free healthcare...the list is endless. It's all great.....until it's not. California is getting exactly what it deserves.

That is how everyone votes...on emotions rather that rational, objective, reflective consideration.

It's why negative campaigning works.

Ironically, it's why these lawsuits will prevail in front of a jury.

The defense cannot label the victims who lost their homes or genitals as evil.
