Unfortunately, there is just not enough evidence available for scientists to reach a conclusion.
Until we can gather enough data to reach a two-sigma level of confidence, we will have to call this question undetermined. We may never know.

The problem is that it's virtually impossible for a Malignant Narcissist to sit for a Psychiatric
evaluation...their grossly inflated sense of superiority...and actual inferiority...won't allow it. As I've mentioned previously, my wife's career has been as a Psychiatric Social Worker which involves repeated consultations with Psychiatrists/Psychologists...and this issue has been discussed. In fact one Psychiatrist noted that it's virtually impossible to treat such a person due to their refusal to accept any opinions that imply they are 'Not Perfect' and need to make changes in their lives.
Fortunately, we have ample video, audio and written evidence of DJT checking all characteristics, traits and symptoms of someone with a Malignant Narcissistic Personality Disorder. You just won't admit to that reality.
