Texas will an interesting Senate race.
My assumption is that the Senate grownups will get Trump to endorse Cornyn, who will be tough to beat. It is Texas.
Talarico appears too whitebread — Donny Osmond look — to drive heavy black turnout in Houston and Dallas. He’ll do well with Independents and Latinos.
Time will tell.
I see Dan Crenshaw lost his seat, for pushing back on Trump one too many times. The cult demands 100% loyalty.

Crockett has some game. But she’s from a deep blue district.
Moderate Democrats who can swing Republican voters will be the difference makers in November.
Talarico is a very effective communicator.
But, he’s a whitebread. Not sure he gets Crockett’s base to show up in November and vote for him.
If Obama shows up in Texas in late October to pitch for Talarico, then we will know if he has a real shot.
