Prior to Trump pulling the plug on the JCPOA, the IAEA Reports were deemed reliable by all of the
countries involved...those inspectors didn't just take Iran's word...they knew what to look for so as to verify compliance. That is not the case now. Note that the very best intelligence sources had the same concerns you have and would not have accepted those IAEA reports if they felt they couldn't be trusted.
