What do blue states do when taxpayers vote with their feet?

I know, I know... our wealthy can afford to pay more. But most of them did not become wealthy by disregarding non-profitable expenses.

Of course they are greedy... that is who they are. But we kinda live off their greed because they create employment opportunities.

According to this MSN article, the demographic that is leaving are those who can't afford to live
