I know, I know... our wealthy can afford to pay more. But most of them did not become wealthy by disregarding non-profitable expenses.
Of course they are greedy... that is who they are. But we kinda live off their greed because they create employment opportunities.

residents...especially new college grads...don't find it livable...economically...not. unlike workers in NY and CA...(see linked article)...note that TX is having a similar problem.
In short, both Red and Blue states are encountering 'Affordability' crises...if businesses in America won't sufficiently take care of their workers, then who will?...there's only one other source...the same one that provided the 40 hr. week, Social Security, etc., etc.
We should resurrect our previous discussion on the ever-increasing Wealth Gap in the USA, and its impact on the non-millionaire/billionaire contingent...i.e. those below the 90% level for Net Worth.
