No need to imagine a DHS that is killing U.S. Citizens, while violating the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th,
8th, 10th and 14th Amendments with impunity...it's happening and must be repaired. Meanwhile, there are no obstacles to funding TSA, FEMA, CISA, Coast Guard and other agencies within DHS, other than Trump's intransigence wrt ICE and CBP being held accountable.

Again...nothing stopping Trump from funding TSA, etc...even GOP members of Congress have been
outraged by ICE and CBP...it isn't all Kristi Noem's fault...the ROT starts at the Top.
Who are the GOP members? The ROT starts with the Dem mayors & govs & their sanctuary policies.
The ROT has corrupted Blue city and state judges and police chiefs protecting their pensions instead of doing their job. You are correct when you say this isn't Noem's fault. The real blame goes to the voters who keep these people in power.
