This article is nonsense. Applications for H-2As are made from outside the USA.
You aren’t conducting deportation raids on H-2A applicants if they are already in the USA.
The people targeted for raids were those already in the USA without authorization to be here.
You do not enter illegally (or overstay a valid visa) and be eligible for an H visa.
Trump is acting only after getting complaints from Farmers (typically Conservative) which could
