NYC spending twice the after-tax NYC resident median income on each homeless person.

LA is spending $7000/month on each homeless person...can people not get an apartment in LA for $7000/month?

Obviously, all this money is fraudulently going to Dem donors. Total scam. But maybe if we throw more money at the issue?......

Homelessness is a 'Bipartisan' issue...even Dallas, Texas has it's funding problems...meanwhile..
