Trump tonight threatened tonight to destroy Tehran’s power supply if the strait is not opened in 48 hours.

That would be a war crime. No better than Putin.

If you are consistent and condemn both, I will accept your consistent logic.

If you claim claim no comparison, explain.

If you avoid answering (e.g., by falling back on whataboutism), we will know you are just being partisan.

conduct risky daylight bombing of critical military and war supporting infrastructure targets...according to the attached discussion of this matter, he'd likely get a "Not Guilty" decision...as for VP and DJT, however, they both started the war with Ukraine and Iran and have the capability to focus only on military related targets, but are failing to do so...and since Trump has launched thousands of attacks on Iran's IRG locations, there should be no need to go after the country's power infrastructure.

As the linked article mentions, it's a question of Proportionality...and Intent. FDR has evidence to justify innocence...DJT...none.

Your premise is wrong, so you'll need a better link as to why daylight bombing. Think Dresden.

Mr. Schmitt has apparently spent his entire career in academia involved in international law, international humanitarian law, use of force issues, and the international law applicable to cyberspace. Quite the warrior. Someone of his ilk passed targeting information including routes and times to the Swiss and you can take a wild ass guess where it went from there, not to mention target restrictions.

conducted indiscriminate area bombing at night (e.g. Dresden), which could be considered war crimes.

Trump bombing Iran's civil power infrastructure "Just for Fun" would get him indicted by the International Criminal Court in the Hague. BTW, did you know that Petey Hegseth discarded the Pentagon crew that did its best to help ensure that civilian deaths were minimized...and thus preserve America's moral standing in the world?...Guess DJT is going to have to settle for his FIFA Peace Prize only.

...not indiscriminately carpet bomb civilians and their needed infrastructure for well-being. That mentality evolved into today's Laser/GPS guided munitions.

Trump's unwarranted aggression and willingness to harm civilians is not in keeping with America's moral code...and could end up with him getting an Indictment from the International Criminal Court.

I guess that we just have to forget everything that Iran has done, everything that they said that they would do, all of the evidence - including their launching of ICBM's with capabilities that they denied even as recently as a couple of weeks ago. Heh.
