No ICE reforms at all, ICE is fully funded near term, and ICE can be funded long term via Reconciliation.

...that's from your link...Sounds to me like Thune recognizes the NEED for reforms (see ICE murders in Minneapolis...violations of several Constitutional Amendments...Gestapo tactics...etc.)...so why isn't he and the GOP taking the lead on addressing such reforms, given the need to fire the CBP/ICE gang leader Bovino and his boss, Kristi Noem?
Why do the Dems need to be banging on their doors to get action?
