There is a large % of the world population that simply cannot digest lactose well. More options are usually a good thing....even if it means milking those really tiny nut nipples.

...especially when it comes from a physician whose first instinct...you'd think...would be concern for helping others. Seems a little odd to me, but then there is quite a spectrum of personalities in every profession...some here might call them nuts, but I'll save that term for those who go to extreme lengths to milk a pun out of anything and everything.

In fairness, you do occasionally hit the mark...but it's been awhile.
