Mentioned before...but they are NOT "No Kings" protests...they are "OUR KINGS" protests...
...and therein lies the problem.
I, and many friends/neighbors turned out for the sole reason of demonstrating FOR Democracy and
an end to Trump's attempt at Authoritarianism...and if you're interested...NO ONE was paid...ALL Signs were produced with demonstrators own money. What's more is that many demonstrators in our proximity were volunteering to knock on doors and 'Get The Vote Out' for the Mid-Terms...which is the real payoff. Also, the horn honking from cars and trucks going by was heavily weighted in favor of the demonstration...so multiply the millions of attendees by a factor of at least 10X who agree that Trump and MAGA need to be rejected.
