If you have any spare time, be sure to check out Gibson's Garage, just a few blocks from the heart of downtown. The iconic Gibson guitar company has a showroom and visitor's center and it is a must see.
The Gibson Les Paul changed the world of rock and became the coveted standard. Everyone from Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Peter Green, and Keith Richards all used them. Joe Walsh famously sold his prized Les Paul to Jimmy Page, at a huge discount.
The Les Paul sunburst remains a work of art.

I've been a few times and Bricktops, The Local and McNamara's Irish Pub have stood out.
There is no shortage of great food and music in Nashville, I love that town.
