There are some great proposals to reform gerrymandering, and make House districts more equitable and representative.

Power is everything to the GOP. The Supreme Court majority will bend the law to protect that power.

An overlooked part of the Virginia and California gerrymanders is that they both had sunset clauses.

Both are temporary responses to a Trump initiative.

One party supports a national ban on gerrymandering. One does not.
