Their actions are not defensible.
They have essentially been acting as a hit group going after vocal conservatives and attaching "hate" labels to anyone speaking out against the far-left social agenda. Now, we learn that they were acting as a quasi-government agency and working with agencies by funding infiltrators to help perpetrate dangerous incidents that they can subsequently pin on a political party.
Ignoring Trump's message here, this is not okay at all.
The SPLC had its own target list as well.
If your raison d'être is to ATTACK those with different points of view... you are putting a target on yourself.
