It is half of the battle. The other is voter ID and blocking non legal citizen voting.
The liberals are in the minority, and they know it. They need to cheat to get and maintain control (look at what they did to Trump in his first term and during BidenHandlers term).
They can only get a majority by cheating...thus the opened border and encouraged illegal immigration under BidenHandlers term. They ultimately plan for amnesty when they get control, but for now try to cheat as much as possible on a smaller scale by getting illegals votes counted without proper voterID laws.
In the meantime, they try to undermine ICE and any effort to clean up their mess. They also support criminals, China, drug cartels, Maduro, and even a nuclear Iran to undermine Trump and limit his impact on undoing their plan.

D's timing on VA proposal was blatant manipulation for votes&court agreed. Expect "whatabouts"
on the various efforts to undo their previous illegal gerrymandering advantage that they enjoyed based on racially drawn district lines now that the SCOTUS has ruled.
They have come to expect those advantages to be their right rather than illegal power grabs of votes that they did not deserve.
