JCPOA doesn’t end Iran nuclear weapon program. It is just a pause at best.
You obviously don’t understand JCPOA. So your logic doesn’t make sense.
JCPOA is a bad deal. But it doesn’t justify a war on Iran. Trump’s war on Iran is bad and stupid. But it doesn’t mean JCPOA is a good solution.

Every single arms control agreement in history has had a sunset clause. SALT was 8 years. The NPT is 5.
These deals do not expire - they are renegotiated and renewed. I promise you that was the assumption for the JCPOA. Neither side expected it to expire; neither side saw this as a temporary measure.

has been focusing on. Just ask Israel how bad it is by Iran’s missiles this time. Israel punish anyone who show pictures of damages by Iran’s attack (5 years prison). Also, all 14 US ME military bases were hit very bad by Iran’s missiles and drones.

No deal the United States is going to ever get will limit Iran’s missiles.
They are not scary without nuclear warheads, however.

after 15 years from 2015. Iran will completely be free to make nuclear weapons since then.
1. JCPOA’s restrictions on the number & type of centrifuges Iran can operate were set to end on 2026
after 10 years from 2015. Iran would be allowed to have more advanced centrifuge research and increase enrichment after 2026.

Using military force to remove an existential threat (that threat in this case being something the Iranians publicly state as their goal) is potentially justifiable under Catholic Doctrine. The Pope properly calls for peace and restraint. Two things can be true at once. You ignore this nuance because it runs counter to your TDS.
