Mamdani is correct...I'd suggest that you learn about Islam...a good start would be to read
Reza Aslan's book "No god, but God"...it provides a comprehensive account of how the religion started and evolved...and, btw, it is by no means 'monolithic'...
Aslan's book goes into a lot of detail explaining Muhammad's early days, and why he had to flee from Mecca to Medina...the subject of your video clip.

Like Europe, the Dem Party has been flooded with radical muslims, and they are afraid to do anything
about it because they don't want to lose their votes.
In the meantime, the radical Islamists know what the Dems fear, and they play it to their advantage....and you get what is happening now.
