I read that commentary before you posted it...(part of Critical Thinking)...in short, you can and
should follow the RCC Catechism and be a faithful Catholic...however, since every person on this planet is a "Child of God", you should...as Pope Francis advised...respect all other religions' who pray to our common God. They have their tenets and rites...we have ours. a'la "Languages" we use to communicate with fellow believers.
