To consciously cut off life saving funds and instead waste it on a non-essential gilded ballroom
is literally 'Inhumane'...not what America has stood for...until the arrival of Donald Trump as President. Like it or not, we share this spec of the universe with other people...therefore, at the very least it is in our Self-Interest to use such 'Discretionary' funds wisely. Trump...and apparently yourself...choose poorly.
