Not lowering the flag to half-staff on Memorial Day is too common and nobody addresses this issue.

Flying flags is very common, from residential homes to business front door, to government buildings, to public places. But my observation for many years is only a few of them lowered the flags on Memorial Day.

Half the population probably has no idea what Memorial Day represents. Just another 3 day weekend

“Thank you for your service” texts fits with Veterans Day.

Memorial Day is for the brave warriors who are no longer with us.

Yes, Memorial Day is for the fallen soldiers. That’s why I think lowering flags is important.

They don't believe in Memorial or Veterans day. They don't believe in the American flag, July 4th or what any of it means. They don't believe in anything.
