The top 20 media outlets are major, exchange traded corporations or owned by Rupert Murdoch. In addition, virtually all of these companies are owned by even bigger corporations. The controlling interests in these corporations are generally a handful of super wealthy individuals, hedge funds etc. Furthermore, the media depend on advertising dollars from major corporations and other extremely wealthy individuals In other words, they're NOT built on the Consumer Reports model.. Now based on this power structure, how the fuck could anyone conclude that the media has any hopes of being liberal. That's why you can't read or listen to any of the shit. Look, wealthy and powerful people are not stupid. They know they can't control each an every message in a Democracy nor do the want to because that is much to obvious. What they are very good at however. is controlling peoples opinions through Public Relations propaganda. In fact, the term "Liberal Media" entered the lexicon based on a massive PR campaign launched by the Republican Party over 40 years ago. Don't take my word for it, take a few hours and read a little bit about the topic. A good starting point would be to refer to some of the work by Edward Bernays, the father of modern public relations. He referred to it as the "Engineering of Consent." Trust me, it works. Otherwise you wouldn't have so many fucking idiots roaming the planet screaming to the top of their lungs about the supposed liberal media.

Especially those who use to try to cheat old ladies out of their retirement funds.
FrankenFoolishFraud.....Haaaa. You just attempted to discredit Original Source Material...Do you even realize how dumb that makes you look? You post articles from sources that you steadfastly argue are "liberal" and then laugh at ORIGINAL SOURCE MATERIAL. That should be the new definition of moron in the dictionary.
correct in saying that: The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. This is the LWRM of today being described, even though he did not know it then. This guy has been dead for over 20 years and most of his writings were done ages ago and sheds no light on today's media. You could not have relied on a weaker source for your argument, which is obviously void of merit. Attempting to deny the know left wing radical bias of today's media shows an ignorance of politics in the USA today.
original source material and you and FrankenFraud attempt to discredit one of your own. Edward Bernays is a poster child for the devisive elitist mentality that permeates the Republican Party. And by the way, the Red States are the ones filled with the uneducated masses. Just look at IQ Test results (across various formats), SAT & ACT test scores, percentage of population that pays zero taxes, those living below the poverty line, percentage of HS dropouts and college graduation rates. The RED States are loaded with the poorest, least educated people in the Country. I guess that explains why the both of you are so broken. Haaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

According to a CNN/ORC instant poll, 56% of voters who watched Trump's speech said they were more likely to vote for the Manhattan billionaire. Thirty-two percent said his speech had little effect, and 10% said they were less likely to vote for him."
evidence to support it, regardless how flawed, flimsy or non-existent.
