South Dakota, but not North. Have a friend in Grand Forks though. S.D. is gorgeous-esp Sylvan Lake.
I've made the drive from Northern MI, down & around through Iowa, up to S.D. and then all of the way across through The Badlands, into the mountains to Mt Rushmore & Custer National Park.....and back again.
It is beautiful....like Colorado without all of the people.
