Or remember when he said that the vaccine would prevent spread and thus you should not invite family members who were unvaccinated during the holiday season? (The vaccine worked to decrease risk in high risk individuals, but it never prevented spread, and for Fauci to make such a claim, he would have to have had research showing it to be so....which it turns out that he never had).
Or remember when he told people that masks were completely useless to prevent spread before meeting with Dem leaders in late March/early April 2020, and thereafter he espoused them completely...so much so that he absurdly told us that 2 masks would be even better than one...in word and action...again without any scientific studies?
Remember when they dismissed the vaccine side effects that were being observed? (All vaccines have them, but the Fauci regime denied them which further undermined faith).
Or remember when he led a campaign to discredit medical researchers who spoke or published findings counter to his political narrative?
How do we doctors now answer those doubters when we have good treatment and prevention options for them? It's not just conservatives who don't trust the govt healthcare advisors anymore, either. We do our best, but Fauci has horribly damaged public acceptance of medical guidelines (to go along with the irreparable damage that he did to our children and their education, the elderly at that time, the regular cancer screening process of our country, the employment of millions, and the mental health and resultant unnecessary morbidity/mortality from suicides during that time period).
And the thing is, it isn't that "Well, nobody knew better". He did know better. he knew that he made shit up. He knew that there was not the evidence based studies to make the claims that he did.
All he had to do was say, "Nobody knows about this for sure right now, so this is the guidelines that we have chosen"......but that wouldn't have given his political protectors the kind of lockdown that they really craved, and we now know that he did indeed need protection form information leaking out that Anthony Fauci himself had bypassed US federal law, and used taxpayer money to fund the dangerous Gain of Function Research...in of ALL places, China.

This is where Baron really messed up...he posted an MIT Study that he said disproved the utility of masking...when in fact the MIT authors could not have been MORE emphatic in their recommendations for ANY type of masks (UHND Thread Archived Proof available on request)
