And they do have an over-immigration problem in Dublin and Belfast. We didn't spend much time in either city so I'll caveat my comments with that, but as beautiful as the countries and the people are in all the rural areas and small towns, Dublin especially is awful. What's happening in Belfast is going to be happening in Dublin.
The streets are lined with recent immigrant families and their belongings. They are either begging for food/money or lined up for free food from the various charitable organizations trying to keep people from starving. It's tragic. Too many immigrants too fast with no serious plan to house, feed and assimilate them into the workforce is the problem, not immigration itself.
Address the problems created by mass immigration in a dignified humane manner.
The Catholics should know this, given their shoddy treatment by the Northern Ireland power structure that led to the Troubles.
Obviously, there is a great deal of tension. A murder triggered violence.
The knuckle draggers on this Board (all Trump supporters) embraced the violence as a good thing ... because immigrants and people of color have less value to them.

Yet, the taking of a life is only newsworthy on this Board when the killer is an immigrant?

An immigrant. 35 year sentence is good. I would prefer to see the death penalty but that isn’t going to happen.
Now one of these unvetted immigrants has committed murder.
By all means, continue to wave your woke flag.
Or is it appropriate to start hating and persecuting white folks after a white man rapes and kills a woman?

Shameful.
Opportunity to play the race card. He never leaves home without it.
