Video is hardly irrefutable evidence. Trump also said that someone poured fertilizer in the pool and that’s what made the water turn green. I think the “no-bid” contractor did a shitty job.

And even if the liner was cut, that wouldn’t make the pool green with algae. I think it was shoddy work done by a “no-bid” contractor.

Regardless, the project was a waste of money. If vandalism is proven, the vandals deserve fines and jail time.
