Supreme Court rules that the president can fire the head of the FTC. Next step to dictatorship!

The ability of the president to cull the bureaucracy terrifies Dems because that has become their primary means of undermining a Republican president.

Eliminating mail-in voting that drags out the election process for weeks terrifies Dems because the protracted process invariably produces one-sided results.

Installing yes-men all over the government is not "culling the bureaucracy"

No credible person says that kind of thing. But you do. Think on that.

Do you know who is supposed to prevent that?

Congress, specifically The Senate. The parties (or divisive factions that threaten national unity) are the problem here. Also the reason Trump was reelected.

They did. With the Civil Service Reform Act. Which Trump has gone after relentlessly.

A professional civil service was created to break up the "spoils system" which had existed before. And it serves as a check on presidential power.

Therefore, it is unacceptable to would-be dictators.

he brings up non-issues as diversion tactics, you guys swallow whole like good lads instead of questioning. In any other time Jerome Powell wouldn't have been sniffed at but because Trump wants lower rates for personal means it's a big deal for you too.

Very pathetic!
