You’re ignorant. There is form I-9 to verify employment eligibility. Every business must complete it
within three days of hiring. E-verify is not necessary. Also, private business will get fined and now new policies such as losing licenses and criminal penalties if they are found to hire illegal immigrants. E-verify is really not needed.
Correction: Texas congress is smart enough not to enforce this e-verify. Whoever wants it is ignorant. So are you.
