It made us look bad, from a victim and underdog to support to a team to hate from neutral fans.
It also gives Belgium players extra motivation because they’re not happy about this decision. But the most important thing is it gives TDS fans a chance to attack Trump and I couldn’t defend him. Stupid move from Trump.

FIFA should have unilaterally reversed it within 24 hours. But, they didn’t.
Doing so only after intervention from the President of the United States—host country for the tournament — dilutes the decision.
It’s the timing of FIFA’s reversal of the suspension that creates a controversy.
Asking FIFA to review a ridiculous call is not a fix.
Nothing to see here.
