The Open Letter was a cooperative effort by 51 of our veteran Intelligence professionals who have
faithfully served this country, regardless of which Party was in power, to provide their assessment of the 'Hunter Biden Laptop' controversy, which was being promoted...for political reasons by Donald Trump's administration.
Note that after more than a year of investigation by Republicans, no indictment for corrupt collaboration between Hunter and Joe was ever presented...further proving the purely political mud-slinging by Trump, et al.

Are photos alone criminal evidences to prove that Joe Biden got involved with Hunter’s business partners? Of course not. But they are evidences to tell American voters that Joe Biden lied. He knew Hunter’s business partners. The photos found from Hunter’s laptop are evidences.
The proof from the laptop is powerful in the sense of politics, i.e. election 2020 which is what we’re talking about.
Bottom Line...no evidence of financial malfeasance between Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, or anyone

The letter’s writing got help from Biden campaign, is a part of preparation for crucial 10/22 presidential debate.
The letter gave Twitter/Google/Facebook a pretext to censor the NY Post story in the final weeks of
election. The talks, the posts about NY Post story were deemed as spreading Russian disinformation and removed. The posters were banned by these social media. Talking about Hunter Biden laptop was shut down in final weeks before election.
