Many other scientific explorations are more difficult to replicate and prove (e.g. genetic bases for human behavior)...but they are still worth the rigorous path of true science.
I suspect you don't have a reasonable alternative...or do you?

There's nothing wrong with the scientific method, the failures are happening in the peer review and publishing processes. Funding plays a role as well.

The very fact that there is a reproducibility crisis demonstrates that science is not religion.
Not knocking the latter. We need both.
Also, religions also change their dogma, but only when they have to.
And this isn't a knock on scientists, many of whom are frustrated, but modern science or "pop science".

anti science choices for you. It’s the belief that they might work in the fight against C19 because someone dreamed it up. Prove they don’t work is always a baseline standard.
have taken it as an inadequate substitute for God as they stubbornly entrench themselves in their atheism. Their yard signs espouse their belief in something that by definition is constantly changing the facts back and forth.
But there is absolute truth that does not change - God and His Will, and I think it frustrates the heck out of them privately becaue it isn't what THEY want it to be all of the time....it's like a little child throwing a tantrum when things don't go their way all of the time.
that you're really trying to say?
There's no way you would put a sign on your office door saying what you just said.
...and I strongly suspect that you have not realized how liberal atheists have violated the First Commandment by trying to substitute science for God.
God is an unchangeable truth. Science is a method of discerning facts about the physical world around us that relies on trial and error and confirming or denying the Null Hypothesis to a predetermined level of sensitivity and specificity. Even what is thought to be the most sure findings of science can change when done correctly (such as Newton's Laws of Physics which were accepted as immutable fact for centuries...until we found that with the advent of Quantum Physics that those laws do not hold sway in certain setting for example). Now imagine when the science is used wrongly due to either ignorance or intentionality as iaIrish is noting. There has been an escalation of this for both reasons in medicine since its' politicization in the past few years.
God is absolute Truth, absolute fact, and as such, He is the only entity worthy of worship and belief.
William Lane Craig is the best Christian apologetic I've ever seen. He knows logic inside and out and can deconstruct fallacious arguments at will.
